Dear Parent,

My name is Ruth McIntyre and I am a PhD. student in the School of Psychology, University College Dublin. Under the supervision of Dr. Eilis Hennessy I am carrying out a research project looking at the experience of ADHD in Ireland.

We are now inviting parents to take part in an anonymous survey about their experiences of ADHD-related stigma. The only requirement is that you have a child (aged 6-25 years) with a clinical diagnosis of ADHD.

The survey may be completed online by clicking on the link below and when prompted entering the password ADHD2011 to proceed with the survey. The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and may be completed by two parents in the one family.
