A course for parents /carers of young people who have had a diagnosis of ADHD.

Presented by Prof Carol Fitzpatrick, Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist and Stephanie Mahony, HADD.

Thursdays from 26th January to 9th of March 2011 (except 16 February)

7.30pm to 9.00pm (tea-coffee from 7.00pm – 7.30pm).

In Carmichael Centre for Voluntary Groups, North Brunswick St, Dublin 7.

• Encouraging Compliance with Medication 
• Linking with schools
• Booking Essential – Course limited to 25 participants.

To book print off and complete the form below and return as soon as possible with €30 fee by cheque or postal order to HADD Family Support Group, Carmichael Centre, North Brunswick St, Dublin 7.

Places will be allocated to the first 25 completed applications received following which we will compile a waiting list for future courses. We will confirm course places as soon as possible and will return fee to those placed on the waiting list. Car parking is available in the school opposite the Carmichael Centre.
